- Where are Hell Bunny items made?
Our garments are primarily produced in China, where we work closely with our factory partners. We have a dedicated team member based in the factory to oversee production, ensure quality standards, and manage efficient order fulfillment. - Are Hell Bunny products made ethically?
We understand the importance of ethical manufacturing. While we cannot currently claim official ethical certification, we are committed to fair practices. Our factory provides workers with fair wages, safe working conditions, and reasonable working hours. We maintain a strong, transparent relationship with the factory and prioritize the well-being of everyone involved in creating our products. - Is Hell Bunny a sustainable brand?
Sustainability is an ongoing journey for Hell Bunny. While we aren’t a fully sustainable brand at this stage, we are actively taking steps to improve. Our packaging, including postal boxes, tissue paper, and branded labels, is fully recyclable. We are continuously exploring ways to reduce our environmental impact and hope to implement more sustainable practices in the future. - Where can I see Hell Bunny items in person?

Ordering & Delivery
- When will I receive my order? Estimated delivery times vary by location:
- UK: 1-2 working days
 - Europe: 4-6 working days
 - USA, Canada & Australia: 5-7 working days
 - Rest of World: 7-10 working days
Please note, these are estimates and deliveries may occasionally take longer. 
 - How will my order be shipped?
- UK Orders: Sent via Royal Mail 1st Class. Oversized items (e.g., dresses, coats) are shipped via DPD for a next working day service.
 - International Orders: Dispatched using Royal Mail Standard Airmail or Tracked services for heavier or larger packages.
 
 - Can I cancel or change my order?
Due to our fast dispatch policy, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order is placed. If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn’t been processed yet. - I have a discount code. How do I use it?
During checkout, you’ll find a field labeled “Discount Code” or similar. Simply enter your code into this field and click “Apply” to redeem your discount. - What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro. We also offer secure payment via PayPal and Amazon Pay. 
Returns & Refunds
- What is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied. If you need to return an item, you can do so within 28 days of receipt for an exchange or refund, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. - How do I return an item?
Please visit our returns portal on our website to initiate your return. You can choose to print a returns label and follow the instructions provided. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage when sending your return. - How long will my refund take?
Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow up to 14 working days for us to process your refund. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account. - Can I return sale items?
Unfortunately, all sale or discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the item is faulty. - I received a faulty item. What should I do?
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately. We will assist you with a return, exchange, or refund as quickly as possible. - I need to exchange an item. How does that work?
To exchange an item, please return the original item following our returns process. Once we receive it, we will dispatch your exchange. Please note that you may need to place a new order for the desired item and return the original, depending on stock availability. 
Product Care & Information
- How should I care for my Hell Bunny items? Most Hell Bunny garments are made from polyester or cotton polyester blends. Special items, like petticoats with nylon/net layers, require gentle care. Always check the garment’s care label first. As a general guide:
- Wash at 30 degrees Celsius.
 - Iron on a low heat setting.
 - Do not tumble dry or dry clean unless specified on the care label.
 
 - Are the product colors accurate online?
We strive to represent colors as accurately as possible. However, please be aware that monitor settings and screen types can cause slight variations in how colors appear. The actual product color may differ slightly from what you see on your screen. - Where can I find the size guide?
